Helping our customers in english and spanish. Our preferred brands include bcbs ppo, medicaid, payment plan available, we accept amerigroup and womens health program. Our specialties include annual exams, birth control, emergency pills, depo provera and mirena iud , pregnancy test, screening for diabetes and cholesterol and screening for std and treatment. We accept mastercard and visa for payment. Womens health services, board certified, health care in a warm friendly enviroment.. We can assist you with accepting new patients, adolescent care, amenorrhea, annual exams, birth control, cholesterol screening, counseling, gynecology, herpes, immunizations, in-house pharmacy, iud insertion and removal, male exams, pap smears, same day appointments, sexually transmitted diseases, walk-ins welcome, warts, womens health care and yeast infections. We've served residential customers. In practice since 2004. No sliding scale available. Insurance not accepted, sorry! Open for business mon-fri: 09:00 am-05:00 pm.
