The office staff is the WORST, billing department is Terrible. They are goofing around, wont answer the phones, wont prescriptions. The doctors are not any better... They know what they are doing, but ripped me off. I went in for a simple physical and they sent me through tests like they would give an astronaut... They billed my insurance almost $3500 - very unethical. I now go to Auburn Family Medical Center where the office staff is top notch and doctors skilled without trying to rip me off!!!
