At Monarch Behavior Analysis our staff has years of expertise in the areas of applied behavior analysis, psychology, and other related health services guides program development, while providing oversight to a team of skilled program implementation.
The head or our team is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) which has 11 years of experience in working with clients with Autism Spectrum diagnosis. She is a mother of two children and one under the spectrum. She understands parents on their daily living frustrations and how to help them deal with those challenging moments. She has been an educational advocate, an individual therapist and a Behavior Analyst. She has experience in all the areas of development, and her practice has been based on implementing research based procedures.
Our team consists of BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and potential BCBA staff in order to implement appropriate Behavior Intervention Plans. Our extensive network of BCBA’s and ABA Therapists can provide all the support that your child and family will need from the time your child has been diagnosed through school and his or her transition into the world at large.
