I have worked with Kas for the past 20 years whenever I have an appropriate issue and she unfailingly addresses just what is needed and gives me exercises that have kept my back in shape for all that time. She has helped me occasional neck and wrist and hip issues and within a couple of sessions and doing the exercises the problems vanish. Besides she is upbeat and at the same time listens deeply so she can make the appropriate diagnosis by asking questions and testing muscles. I have recommended at least 10 other patients with similar success over these many years. I am 75 years old.
