Worst customer service experience ever! They were rude, charged us for services not rendered and were unwilling to work with us on payment of the services not rendered. We cancelled the appointment and were told they would try to fill the spot, when they couldnt they said they would charge us full price. I offtered to pay the co-pay but they said it would not be legal to charge the insurance for services not rendered. Yet some how it was legal to charge the working class citizen. Totally unethical and unprofessional.
